Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Job Brief
We are looking for a competitive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced business environment. The Medical Sales Representative / Pharmacy Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, aiming to meet sales targets. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s pharmaceutical and medical products while maximizing sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and present suitable promoted products across various therapies.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors and pharmacies to prescribe our products using effective selling skills.
- Provide product information and deliver product samples.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with targeted customers to gain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and customer feedback.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest medical data with the support of the marketing team.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales across multiple therapy areas.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and current medical issues.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Finance and Admin Executive
Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Admin Executive to manage a range of financial and administrative tasks within our company. This role involves preparing monthly staff salaries and claims, managing EPF, SOCSO, and PCB payments, and handling telegraphic transfer documents. The Finance and Admin Executive will also create purchase orders, delivery orders, and tax invoices, prepare payment invoices, handle petty cash, and support audit preparations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently.
Job Description
- Prepare monthly staff salaries and salary slips.
- Review and process monthly staff claims and prepare claims slips.
- Manage payment processing and check EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB for staff.
- Prepare telegraphic transfer (TT) documents for the bank.
- Create purchase orders, delivery orders, and tax invoices.
- Prepare payment invoices listings from vendors to the director.
- Prepare and organize audit documents for auditors.
- Update and maintain daily time and attendance records for office and field teams.
- Procure and purchase office stationery through Shopee.
- Handle petty cash.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in finance or administration in a related field.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
